Use this dialog box to link to project data on the Microsoft Project Server or from a project in Office 365 (Project Online).
Note: Before you import your file, confirm that the
Server Type field is set to the same version that you are importing or you may have some data discrepancies. This field is located in the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box on the Platforms (Microsoft) page.

To import from Microsoft Project Server or Project Online, enter or select the URL for the server and click
Refresh to populate or refresh the grid.
If you are not already logged into the Project Server site, a login dialog box displays where you can enter your login credentials. Click
OK to close the dialog box and click
Refresh again to populate the grid. If the login dialog box doesn't display, click
Sign in as a different user and enter the username and password for the user who has access rights to the project. Click
OK and click
Refresh to populate the grid.
Previous URL's display in the drop-down list. To delete a saved URL, view the drop-down list then click
 to remove the URL.

The grid displays the list of available projects on the selected MS Project Server (PWA) or in Office 365 to which you have access.
You can drag one or more column headers above the grid to group the data. Drag the column(s) back to the grid to ungroup.
Select the check box in the Import column for each project that you wish to import.

Click to log in as a different user. After you have logged in, the user name displays next to this link.
